MUSIC VIDEO PREMIERE:

Thanks a heap to the superstars at Americana Highways (USA) for premiering our brand new clip for 'House Of Sin'! https://americanahighways.org/2022/02/08/video-premiere-weeping-willows-house-of-sin

"This song takes on the sin of temptation against vows. The flinty vocals of Coates and Wrigglesworth create a chilly dark feel. The video leaves no doubt about the fallen conscience. You’ll listen for the adept playing too, which is truly first rate." - #AmericanaHighways.

Winners of Best Country Act at the Music Victoria Awards!

Winners of Best Country Act at the Music Victoria Awards!

We're blown away to be named Best Country Act at the Music Victoria Awards!

Congratulations to all the shortlisted acts and finalists, especially all of our amazing friends in the Best Country Act category, Georgia State Line, James Ellis and the Jealous Guys and Ben Mastwyk & His Millions; thanks for inspiring us and encouraging us and making the Victorian (Alt)Country Music community so very special. We'd particularly like to thank Lachlan Bryan and The Wildes. Quite simply, there'd be no Willows without The Wildes. They're our best friends, heroes and mentors.

Endless thanks to our engineers Roger Bergodaz, Ryan Freeland and Adam Dempsey, musicians David Piltch, Luke Moller, Nick Charles Music and James Church, Country radio and TV presenters and our publicists Stuart Coupe, Kaz Waters and Jo Corbett. We couldn’t have done any of it without you!

And, of course, huge thanks to everyone who made last night possible, the judges, presenters, performers and production crew, JMC Academy and volunteers and most importantly, Music Victoria, for all their hard work supporting and promoting the Victorian Music Industry.

We didn't get an opportunity on the night but we wanted to dedicate our award acceptance to the late, great David Heard. A champion, in every sense of the word.
